Emily and I left work early this afternoon to check out the NGA’s new wing/entrance/etc.  fantastic lighting, particularly in the new indigenous galleries—which are fabulous.  kind of confused by NGA souvenir book bags ($14.95) that read: “the answer is no” — Ron Radford Director not only because it is an obscure quote (apparently in reference to lending the iconic Jackson Pollock painting blue poles, but not put in context).  but because there should be a comma between ‘Radford’ and ‘Director’.  just sayin’. I looking forward to go back for a longer wander about, and for Space Invaders (which I am previewing for BMA).
